For the past while, my internet cuts in and out every few minutes. It's been doing this for awhile now and I have no clue on what's going on. I haven't made any changes with my firewall or anything... Any idea on what to do? I think it's partially through our ISP (since the internet has ALWAYS been lame) but it might be something to do with m system....

check if your modem lights indicate that the internet is ok. if so then it may be your pc hardware or router
check your isp network status. usually on the webpage or by phone. they should tell you if there's something wrong in the network activity and whether or not it has been resolved.
you can use this forum for isp support if you don't want to call. they'll run a line test and stuff:

too much static in the phone line can cause drops. call the phone company to clean it up
atnt were fixing the phone lines all over so cal a couple of weeks ago and for a couple of days internet went down for hours or were at very low speeds and had bad syncs. maybe they're doing the same in your area.

Also check your windows system from any spyware
Check if the cable is corrupted at one of its places
