Stupid Question

I haven't had a dvd burner for long, but I've got it down pretty much, there's not much to it. I just wanted to know, since I have a lot of anime, would I be able to burn it to a dvd, separated by chapters (each chapter being a separate episode) or something similar? That way I wouldnt have to go from beginning to end every time, I could just watch them as I felt like it. Is it possible, and if so, how?
 
DVD chapters

Im using nero (and DVD Shrink to compress my dvds so I can back them up, not that it matters). Why, is there another proggy that will set up chapters for me?

DVDLab can do the job.

Nero Vision Express (which i never reccomend for anyone) can do that. I'd reccomend DVDLab -- gets the job done well and is fairly intuitive as to what to do
