Suggest on Cp full set or normal build up

Im 10yrs old and i have a sucky ass computer any suggestions what should i buy
( I would really recommend already built computer but if theres a cheap build up ill go for it)

Im looking for a computer that could run and record games
Imma have a budget 1-500 a good computer please leave suggestions...
