Suggestions for a decent tuner card?

Looking for something $50 or under.
Interface can be USB or PCI, doesn't matter.
Remote is a bonus but not necessary.
I've seen these three on newegg, but not sure what to get. Almost every single card i've looked at has some sort of "issue" to them according to the reviews, so it's kinda hard to judge if it's worth buying or not.

I know they'll work with my cable setup, as my dad uses the built in one on his computer with no issues. Just a matter of picking the right one i suppose.

And the reason for buying one is that my tv just died, and i can't justify buying a new tv right now, so this is a nice alternative.

the Hauppauge that you picked out would be my choice. I use a tuner from them and it works great in WMC.

That's most likely what I'm going to get i think, It apparently works well in linux as well, which is a huge plus.

It should have functionality out of the box with the V4L drivers installed. If you get it to work let me know. I am still working on my 2250 from them.
