Suggestions on buying a new PC

I would like to buy a new gaming pc.Preferably on a lower priced side(special offers, under 1k,etc.) Idc whether it is a laptop or desktop.Please post your suggestions.

Build one!!!!!!!!!!!!! if you can honestly give me a good reason why youcp can't, than tell me. It is so easy, just a 40 minute video and 2 hours of building, about like a 250 piece Lego kit.

I surely cannot build a computer but my uncle can build like a 5 hour computer in about 1 hour.Please just give me suggestions on some preferably inexpensive hardware and my uncle can build it.
