suggestions on good brand motherboard

will be running amd athlon64 3800 x2, and 1 gig of kingston duel channel kit ddr400 (pc3200)

You are going to be using an AGP Graphics Card?

It seems to me both these boards are more or less identical, but for the extra $8 I'd buy the Asus board just because I've heard they are better boards.
