Suggestions On New Gamer Comp..

Ok well i ordered a very nice comp for dell that i was very satisfied with. Then one day it decided to have a fatal error and windows, and completley duped EVERYTHING that i had. So i only had it for about a month so i went on. Today it did it again, and again i lost everything. I have a waranty on the comp, so, i just need a couple suggestions for a new comp. I was thinking of getting a custom built one, but dont no much about them or where to go. Can anyone point me in the right direction as to where i might get a custom built, or just a reliable premade one. Im willing to spend about $1000. Not much more. Its going to be used mostly for gaming and web browsing.

price and bundle wise www.monarchcomputer.com has pretty good prices, although I have never bought one so I couldn't tell ya much about them
