Hello I just wanted to see if you guys think this is sufficient enough to protect my new comp I'm gettin for X-mas.

Windows XP Anti Virus
Spy sweeper 4.0
Spyware Doctor
Spy Blaster
Ad Aware
Registry Mechanic

Is this good enuff or should I have more? thanks.

Sorry, but i have never heard of Windows XP Anti-Virus, please confirm the Make of the Antivirus? You also need a firewall.

You definetly don't need 3 Spyware programs. Try Spybot S&D, as that is very reliable. I just use a firewall, anti-virus, and anti-spyware program and rarely have any problems.

I was thinking that about the spyware. Just use Microsoft Atnti-Spyware and Adaware SE

Why not? Can you have too many? They'll all find different things.

Its not gonna hurt it. Its not like having 3 firewalls, or 3 anti-virus's
