Suggetions

1) It sounds alright but I don't personally need one
2) I don't really see the point in download managers, I haven't needed one since I got off crappy dial-up (about 18 months ago)
3) If you want a good bittorrent client, BitComet http://www.bitcomet.com/, and Azureus http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ are 2 of the best. To get files you need to find trackers to download torrents, theres a good resource guide someone listed here: http://www.computerforum.com/showthread.php?t=5088

Edit: you basically get a torrent file and open it in the BT client.
