Summer 2015 Steam Sales

Hopefully we'll see some kind of sale on GTA:V. Doubt it though. I'd like to get Rust for less than $20.

In all honesty, the sales were good years ago. The last three years have been kind of pathetic.

Pretty much that, a lot of the titles just get recycled between other sales. If you already have the games it's like meh this sucks, otherwise it's like OMG AMAZING :P

Yeah I expect a 25-33 percent discount on GTA V. I'd be surprised if it was more than that. Rust is worth 20 dollars so easily. It's becoming one of my absolute favorite games. I'd expect a sale for it, but not much.

I agree with that last bit. Although that may just be a result of me having a ginormous backlog of all the games I thought I'd want to buy and play, and upon purchasing, haven't touched.
 
It started.

There are an insane amount of games on flash sale. I don't see any community votes though like normal.
 
The GTA V part bothers me since they just bundled some in game cards or other games with it at the same price. If you go to the product page on Steam there's no option to just buy the game itself anymore. I don't really call that a discount..
 
So far I'm going to recommend Papers Please, Outlast, and Mirror's Edge to anyone who hasn't played them before.
 
I've heard a lot about Papers Please, will probably pick it up.

I'd probably also wait a couple hours after new titles are put on sale. I've seen a couple instances of games today where the discount changed more steeply after looking again later.

I agree. It was on sale for $30 for about 5 minutes before it was taken down.

I've been trying all day to get into that stupid little game thing for the trading cards. It just won't start.
 
I was able to "play" briefly but none of the variables updated correctly and it looked like a giant cluster F. :P
 
I'm actually able to get "in to" the game. And by that, I mean, I'm able to queue for a game, only for it to find 1000 players and tell me "This game is over".... every time.
