the summer heat is definatly raising the heat of my pc about 10 to 20 degrees F

That's very hot. You should really never allow a CPU to get to those temps. I think anything above 45 Celius IDLE is hot but 65 is way too much. I suppose you have the Athlon XP 2800+ right? I think they die at 85 Celsius.

my brothers pc reached 100 C once, Im surprized it's still running (i actualy am very surprized)
