I'm having trouble loading super Mario advance 4 super Mario brothers 3.

I get this error:




What should I do?

I'm not sure if emulators are against the forum rules or not. It doesn't mention them. I want to be safe and say that emulators are against forum rules.

Well most of the time, you get the ROM files online from torrents which are most likely copyrighted.

You are only allowed to download a ROM file if there is no other way of purchasing the actual game. Since Nintendo and every other company has released pay for ROMs, virtual console apps for the Wii, and pay for downloads it is in fact illegal.

If you truly support the video game industry go buy the game.

I like Mario as well, but that doesn't mean it isn't stealing. I like lots of things but I don't steal the ones I support. I am all about try before you buy, but if you like it and play it often you should just buy it. Someone worked hard to make it and they deserve to get paid for their product.

I downloaded Tetris Zone which is a new version of Tetris for PC. It's a trial. I like it. The voice they use is the same as the one in Tetris worlds which is a soft female whispering voice. She isn't included in the trial but if you purchase the full version then you get all the 4 game modes and there isn't a level limitation (except that level 15 is the highest)

No, if you own the cartrdige, and there is NO WAY AT ALL to buy a ROM or virtual console game, you can download it.

I have read through the laws pretty well since I have about 150 game cartridges in my parent's basement somewhere still.

Well I meant if you didn't have the game. I know you can have a digital copy if you own the cartridge.

Technically that is a gray area if you read through the DMCA. If it is available for sale in a different format technically you have to buy it in that new format.

If you want to download roms then dope roms is the place for you! You can download any nintendo roms for the NES, SNES & even gba. But for better GBA roms & DS roms, go to romsite. I got an R4 as well. I get my DS roms from romsite.
