Twist86 Active Member Jan 2, 2009 #2 Means its overclocked from factory settings. Most the time they have a better cooler as well. Other times its with stock cooler just overclocked some. Not really worth the price difference imo.

The superclocked cards in most cases don't provide much of an increase in performance. You can jack up the clocks of memory and core, but you've still got the bus to bottleneck, as twist said, not worth it.
