I´m using a Macbook Pro with two partitions: Mac OSX and windows XP

My windows XP partition has run out of space, but I still have space on Mac OSX.

How do I transfer GB´s from Mac OSX to the windows XP partition?


I´d be grateful for any response, thanks.

Macs aren't my forte, but the general concept of partitions is essentially the same among all computers. First off, it's never a good idea to resize your partitions without thorough backups of everything. Once you've done this, Apple's Disk Utility should do the trick. It can be located under Applications/Utilities.

I'm sure there are other apps out there that'll do this, perhsp some that'd do it better... If this one doesn't work or you would like to find another, just look for partition managers for Mac OS X.
