swapping from e8400 to q9650...

soo. next week il b putting in a q9650...whats the easiest way to do the swap? i hear i have to reinstall windows... which sucks. but its fine. just do a quick backup. what else should i have in mind? i think il have to reinstall all the drivers for everything...talk to me lol

You may have to flash your BIOS, but you shouldn't have to reinstall Windows.

use this link to find out your current BIOS version, then go to the motherboards website and see what the most current version is, and read the release notes for it. There are programs out there that make a BIOS flash very, very simple, so don't sweat it.
