Swapping harddrives

If I want to swap harddrives without losing information... going from a Raid 0 setup, (Splitting them into individual drives now) and throwing it a Raptor 74gb Windows Harddrive. I want to just direct swap all the files/settings over. Is that possible?

If your computer supports 2 harddrives at one time, yes.
