Swapping info between two HDD

i have two computers that i want to swap the info as in each computer will exchange all the programs and personal documents with the other without physicly swapping the HDDs. one is an HP pavilion a6600f intel pentium dual core, and he other is an HP Pavilion Elite m9402f PC AMD quad core. any help will be greatly appericeated.

You can't just transfer programs from one computer to the other. When you install programs they actually add entries into the registry to make the program work correctly. However, regular data you can transfer over no problem.

Are those two PCs connected in a network? If yes, you can by sharing files between them
