Ok ive just built a computer for my grandad and he has so stuff on his old computer that he would like on his new one, think is the old one is fried and doest work anymore, think the bios is gone, but anyway he wanted me to figure out a way to transfer the data, and i know you can take the old one and plug it into the slave slot on the ide cable and transfer eveything, but i dont exactly know what to do after i plug it in the slave slot...........any help would be greatly appreciated.
