Swedish Laptop VPN Client

hello, I have a swedish laptop and for the university i need to download a vpn client to be able to access the internet.
It has installed fine, but upon using my uni username/password is goes to a blue screenwith error, then restarts my comp.

Any ideas?

Blue screen of death can be caused from ALOT of differen't things. One of the most common is from over heating, are you using your laptop on a hard surface such as a table. Using it on a bed can cause it to block the fans underneath the laptop.
