Switch Memory slots and PC doesn't run right

Apparently the motherboard I have can run memory @ 2000mhz only when they're in the right slots. Well, they're not. Soooo I turned the PC off and swapped spots. The PC turned on but wouldn't run right. It did say that the memory was at 2000mhz finally but it kept crashing and WoW kept closing before I could even enter the world. What gives?
 
When you switched slots what does your BIOS say are the timings and voltage settings for your RAM? Is it correct?
