switch off internal LCD display

hey!

can someone please tell me how to turn off the internal lcd display on mu laptop?, iv pluged in a monitor and switched it to display on the monitor but the wallpaper is now displayed on the lcd laptop display! i cant close the lid as it goes onto standb! its an acer ferrari laptop.

Press Fn and a Button wiv LCD\MDU on it
