Switching to SCSI help please

Hello there I want to get this HD http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822148284 but will i need to buy a adaptor card for this hd? or will my motherboard handle it?

You will need a SCSI controller card that supports Ultra 320 drives.
