When i click Enable File System real time Protection It keeps turning Off:eek::eek::eek::eek: I keep mpress on on on but it just goes of after 3 second:eek::eek::eek: 1 more for good luck:eek:

Please help me some computer geek :D
 
oh the joys of symantec corp.
Repair the installation used to fix the problem but in some cases you might need to do a complete re-install.
this is often when some modules get corrupted

not really, most members here will say yes, but i will say no.
but in my view it's not that good.

one of the many reasons not to use it
if you can try avoiding symantec programs :o

Kind of like me standing up for Dell...I can respect that :)

I used Symantec for years, then switched to McAfee when Comcast started offering it. I was absolutely amazed at how much Symantec had let slip through it's scans.
 
Symantec sucks, McAfee sucks too but is better than Symantec and personally I don't really think McAfee sucks I just don't like it :DDDD

McAfee and Norton are both garbage. I remove them off of quite a few drives every week, after I've cleaned up all the infections on the system.

The top rated AV is Kaspersky 7 at the moment. Thus that's what I sell the most.
