So I scored a Samsung SyncMaster 931BF for $10 off craigslist (no I'm not missing a 0 :p ) And I have to say that his is a BEAUTIFUL monitor. But I have a question regarding the "Display Time" - Does it matter what setting it is on ? 5, 10, 20 and 200 sec are the options.
 
Noob Question -_- I was thinking it was like response time.. but it's something completely different *Facepalm*
