syncronizing My Documents on two computers

How can i syncronize the My Documents folder on both computers on my network so that both computers contain the same files and folders as each other?

is there a way i can do it using windows like making a .CMD file or any other way?
 
I think thats what windows "Briefcase" is designed to do although the Vista version is completely automated.
