SysPrep2.0/"Not enough storage available to complete this operation"

Hey all,

Just bought my first computer thats officially my very own after 2 fat paycheques from my new position at dell

I actually bought an HP from futureshop because it was a good deal, but 20 minutes in and I'm already cursing.

I'm trying to upload files from my old comp onto my new comp via my little 4 gb zen, the computer detects it fine, but when I go to transfer the file I get this:

NOTE: When I first booted the computer I got this System Preperation Tool 2.0 which I understand is for factory workers setting up the computer, I'm not sure if its a refurbished thing only or not, but this computer is refurbished, and I guess they didn't set it up properly... do you think the 2 issues are coinciding? Oh and also, I've got over 300 gigs of free space, the error IS bogus if you haven't already figured that out.

Nothing?

I just came home and started my computer up after last night clicking 'reseal' once again, and this time it worked. No more sysprep, but I'm still getting the file transfer problem... I tried updating the mp3 drivers and stuff, no luck yet...
