System 32 Utilizing Close To 100% Disk Usage

I have no idea what's going on but at random times the 'system' will literally escalate to 100% disk usage and since it is literally system 32, I have no way of really identifying the issue any ideas what the system could be doing to randomly utilize disk usage? Excuse the box blocking the number, which reads above 90% under the system category.upload_2016-11-12_22-59-46.png
 
What you want to do is run Process Explorer Or Process Hacker and see what modules are loaded by System 32.

Did you install software or hardware recently prior to this happening?
