System can't turn off

My old computer can not shut in down. When I try to turn it off, the system stay in the screen that read "Windows is shutting down." and do nothing. I have to do it manually. My OP is Window 98SE, Dell Dimension XPS M200s


Any Help, Please!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Told you it was an update!
Try indows Update also, so you won't have problems in the future
