I am trying to install windows on a clean formatted hard disk (laptop)
Every time I try to install windows it crashes at various takes of the install, mostly 5 mines after the file copy process has been completed.
My head is telling me the mother board is faulty.
Can I point out that the system worked today, its was just very slow, thats why I decided to format the drive.
I have used a few test program from the herein boot disk, but its cant get any usefull info. I have even wiped the cmos just on the off change
Does anyone know what might be causing this problem, any help would be fab
