System disk??

on the tutorial that I am using to build my future computer(http://www.pcmech.com/byopc/step/1/) it says that I need a system disk, I do not know what that is though. Can someone tell me what it is and where I could get it on newegg.com, if not where, how much will it cost. Basically any info that I can gather about a system disk.

i believe that the system disk it is refering to is an OS system disk and you make one when you install your OS. It will ask you to insert a blank floppy disk to make one.
I have never needed one during a new build, but if you find that you do need one, ask you of your mates using the same OS to do one for you.
