do you need a system disk? its a floppy or hardrive which holds an OS, if you need a disk to boot you can create a startup disk on the cotrol panel on win98
it can be CD or even DVD as well(if it's backuped up).
anyway, to give more specific answer i need to now why do u need that?
often, even Dos(disk operating system) can be System disk.
