system doctor

Hi All,
I'm new to the forum. I'm sure this has been posted many times before, but how to I get rid of System Doctor? It's driving me nuts!
I regularly check my system with spybot, adaware and AVG free and I use Zone Alarm firewall, but none of them seem to touch it.
HELP PLEASE

Also try removing specific parts of it with Hijackthis.
