system error help?

Hi all,

when booting up my computer i always get this screen after it passes the bios/memory check page

i have tried to flash the bios to the latest version but it did not help...and i tried moving the ram into different slot combinations with 3 sets of working ram

thanks for the help in advance
 
If it all it does is freeze on that screen, try removing the hard drive and see if it continues to boot up, it won't boot to windows of course...
 
Try resetting the cmos by removing the power cord from the power supply, remove the cmos battery on the motherboard and then press the power button on the case a few times to discharge any remaining power, then wait a minute and reinsert battery and reconnect power supply and try booting up.
