I had recently experiencing my system being hung for quite a number of time as I am online (no problem as I work offline). My ISP status is normal. I can't even to use <Ctrl> <Alt> <Delete>, except to reboot. I wonder if it is because of unstable current?? If that is the case, what sort of devices are able to help. If not then what should I do, as It might cause damages to my CPU if keep on rebooting.
