I bought a new case for my computer, moved everything over without changing any settings, but now if i leave my computer alone for a while, it just powers down. I can't figure out what is causing this. anyone have any ideas?

There are several things that could be wrong here.
1). Your BIOS might have an option set to power down after no activity for a certain time.
2). You may not have connected your CPU/Heat-sink correctly, and the BIOS may shut it down as it is overheating.
3). There may be a loose connection somewhere
4). Your PSU may be dying
