Is all your system drivers up to date,Inc windows and the latest patches for COD?

Also do you know what exact Power supply that 450W is?

Yes i do believe that all my drivers and games are up to date as they are on steam and update automatically and my power supply is a 450 watt power station supplied by novatech. I was thinking that because my graphics card is over clocked that i might need more power?

I would first start by getting a 550-600 watt power supply from a good manufacturer like antec, corsair, xfx, Seasonic, PC Power and cooling, Silverstone.

Btw i have already replace my old video card because of a graphics problem but when novatech ran some tests on it they found no fault what so ever so i think i have to replace my power supply?

Yeah you need to replace your PSU. I've several of those generic Novatech ones before, they're not really any good. Wouldn't recommend them.

Even if replacing the PSU doesn't solve this problem, it could solve problems down the line.
