System restore won't work

There's more not working too; Well after two days of trying I can't find a solution to my problem. I downloaded Trackernoir, long story short I un-installed it using the deep un-install from Advance System Care. After that I couldn't find the FSX Flight Simulator ) icon in the taskbar. I got the icon back , clicked on it , then there was a pop-up that read; Fatal Error - A problem caused the program to stop working. I have tried system restore seven times with all anti - viruses turned off, but each time it's telling me that it didn't work. After the last restore attempt , there's a new message when trying to open FSX ; E:\FSX\fsx.exe - The application has failed to start because it's side-by-side configuration is incorrect.
I tried digging out some info. from AppCrash but there's a blank page. I do believe it's a simprop.dll, I deleted it and replaced it with a good one, but that didn't work either. Hopefully someone here can steer me in the right direction. Thanks

As your main problem seems to be with flight simulator not running, probably wouldn't hurt to reinstall it.

Reinstalling the game should fix the issue. I wouldn't rely on system restore too much, its very buggy at best. Once you get the game issue figured out, then turn system restore off and back on and create a restore point.
