System Shutting Down

lol This is one of those things that I hear about alot but never thought it would happen to me.. All of a sudden popups were coming up everywhere after I removed a virus which I stupidly forgot to note the name, so I run Ad-aware. As it's running, something pops up saying that NT Authority/System is shutting down because DCOM Server Process Launcher was terminated. Same thing happens every time I run Ad-aware.

When you get the message (it should give you a 60 second timer), go to start, run, and type:

shutdown -a

This will stop the countdown timer and allow you to continue scanning your system. It has been my experience that those messages come from viruses, so make sure you download the latest definition file for both your virus scanning software and ad-aware.
