Hey peeps,
Just got my new system up n running, took a while to get all the sortware cofigured without conflicions and all that but I eventually got there.
However, Just instaled GTA San Andreas and I have started getting a problem,
You start the game up, it enters the 2D part and is fine, when the actual gameplay part comes up where you start and the graphics transform to 3D the system just stalls for about 5 seconds, sometimes making the sound also stall and then comes back into life and works fine.
This happens every time I go into the game, though it could be the system changing from 560Mhz graphics core (2D) to 590Mhz (3D), so I changed them both to 590Mhz and still get the prob.
Also tryed setting card to stock, and no success, about to set the CPU to stock to see if that makes any difference.
There is one other thing that could be causing the problems, I do not have any external power to this card, its one of them that doesn't need it and has no PCI-E power socket, what I was thinking was that the card may not be getting enough power and may have to wait to load all the detail up, which causes a graphics and system stall.
Anybody got any other suggestions?
Any replies are greatly appreciated.
Just don't get what the prob is as this only happens whilst 3D gaming
Thanks!
