Systemmenu.dll popup

i get a systemmenu.dll popup every once in awhle, its annoying, is there a way to fix this, its windows 7, it says the module is missing or cant be loaded or something?
 
Run the msconfig utility and click on the startup tab to see if there is any entry in there that resembles it. If there is, uncheck it. I would assume this is leftover from an infection.
