Geoff VIP Member Jan 17, 2008 #2 It appears that the only motherboard that has is labeled as an X38T is the Gigabyte GA-X38T-DQ6, at least from a quick Google search. It's not definite yet, although many articles are hinting to the idea that the X48 will be DDR3 only.

N nexolus New Member Jan 17, 2008 #3 I believe the T indicates it's ddr3 only. For Asus it's a 3, IE P5E vs P5E3, implying it's ddr3 only.
