T8300 versus P8400

which processor is better, the Intel Core 2 Duo T8300 (2.4GHz with 800MHz FSB or the Intel Core 2 Duo P8400 (2.26GHz with 1066MHz FSB)?
 
P8400 draws 25W vs the 35W of the T8300(which means cooler running and longer battery life), is newer tech, and clock for clock slightly faster. Go with the P8400.
