Taking apart HP pavilion PC

Cant find out for the life of me how to take the HDD out, cant slide it out because there is a screw tieing the metal casing to the HD, so I have to find a way to take the metal casing out. Please help

Funny that I saw this right off....I have an HP Pavilion P6719c and am looking to add RAM and a new Video Card. But I'd probably need to get a new power supply also....might as well put one together from scratch......

Make sure you take those two screws out holding the cage down (the two small red circles at top). The press down the button behind the HDD cage (next to the CMOS battery - the large circle in red) and slide it out (while holding the button down).
