Taking screenshots of dvds on my desktop , HOW TO PRINT right

I am taking movie stills from movies on my desktop , they pictures look great on the computer, however when i print them they are not very bright and seem to be fuzzy

how do i get them to print like they look in my file

Could you post an example here? What software do you use? I agree with lovely, it sounds like your printer's the problem...

yeah, if your pushing your printer with no ink and still printin then your not gonna get a good print, and a better printer is good too.

no , its not my printer, because i print dvd covers all the tiem and they look the same as the original

im taking my stills from power dvd

thjey come out really dark and show no detail and are mute in color
