Apple just phoned me and gave me a notice to make sure it was going great and to remember if theres a problem their a phone call away. And in a few months shes phoning again to set up apple care. Just thought I'd share that as no sony company phoned us on our previous laptop nor komplett on my pc
 
At the restaurant I manage and chef at our Cadimus wireless eftpos machine stopped working at about 8:30 Pm, I called up and we had a new one by ten past nine.
 
They do it to sell service and support contracts, those are pure profit. The annual fee for Apple enterprise support is $5,000 per a year, and you only get 10 cases with server, and unlimited cases with your clients.

Yeah it is good they are doing that ahead of time, instead of when you call them down the road and complain how it was broken and how they tell you should should have purchased the warranty or support package.

I am just saying though, Apple, like everyone else in the end wants your money so they can pay their employees and stay in business.
 
its good for apple though, they have to treat people well as most users are hardcore apple fans, and they cant get away with the crap that MS can, because they are a niche market.
