Talk Talk problem

Can anyone please help a friend of ours who has a problem with Talk Talk. The problem is that if her phone rings when her broadband is connected it knocks her off line. This has been ongoing for about a year now and she has given up asking Talk Talk as they have been no help.
Incase its relevant, with her broadband she has to actually dial up to go on line, unlike what we have (o2) where it is allways on (hope that makes sence)

It sounds like interference somewhere on circuit. Are all the microfilters wired up correctly, and is there another socket (preferably closer to the master one) that you can try?

All filters in place, are they any good though ?????
Only this socket and the master, which is about 10ft away. This is a wired in additional socket, not a plug in extension.

Try any spares you have etc, if everything is being filtered correctly then you shouldn't be having problems, that is unless your phone is causing back EMF.
 
Are you shore your on Broadband? I know some Broadband modems you do have to "dial in" on but you might be on Dial up....
