Talking emails and replying by voice.

Typing this left handed after badly breaking my right arm, I wonder about talking my emails and word letters, facebook etc.

I expect there re lots of expensive apps but could someone recommend a decent one please.

I have a Lenovo Laptop running windows 10.

Windows used to have built in speech to text but I have not checked to see if it is still around in newer versions of Windows.

The alternative is getting something like Dragon Naturally Speaking.

If it isn't worth the time saved then you'll likely be typing it out or sending wav/mp3 clips.

Slipped on one of my grandsons toys and badly broke my humerus (upper arm), typing with my left hand, other arm in sling.

Nightmare.

If you have an android phone, you might be able to get away with the built in voice to speech from Google to do all your email stuff.
