task bar

have just fitted new graphics card but have lost task bar and start at bottom and cant get background pic. have installed drivers. also if connect back to other monitor socket i do get task bar but nothing else except a blue screen.help!!!!!!!

I could swear narrytibbles had already received answers from a group of people AND myself as well... but they are not here any more... odd.
