task manager alternatives?

Does anyone know of any good task manager alternatives. I mainly want something so i can see what is running and if it is safe. Found this but want to see if there is any better or if this is any good?
Security task manager is the name of it.

I heard that Process Explorer is good but i never tried it. Check it out on your own risk if you want.

Yup it is good

I use it all the time

There is even an option to replace it with Task Manager (Cntl+alt+del)
