Task Manager Problem...

I went to pull up the task manager(Ctrl+Alt+Delete) because my pc was going really slow and I wanted to see what the prob was.. Well nothing out of the ordinary was there, but the menu/tool bar disappeared on task manager, and even after a re-boot, still the same thing..

never knew you could do that... interesting. i dont quite see the point in that feature though.

The fix is too easy and it's so...abnormally easy that I would never try such a thing...
